I just noticed that the 13th of December is the anniversary of Emily Carr's birth (she was born in 1871). It arose as Enjah was showing me her dream house - a modified and updated gypsy caravan. I thought of Emily Carr as she had wandered about British Columbia in a caravan, sometimes. There's a nice Vancouver Art Gallery site
