What do I know, truthfully. As I understand it though, mono is a scripting environment that enables lsl to run considerably faster* and opens the way for languages other than lsl. Scripts would compile into mono-speak then the mono flying monkeys would race to finish the task... uh... well, you know I don't know what I'm talking about ;D

No, no - I sort of get it - it will allow other codes that LSL to work in SL so making it possible for other worlds in interact - is that about it?
