This happens all the time - but why?
Yesterday I suddenly thought of Leo Slezak missing the swan boat in Lohengrin during a performance - the thought popped into my head unbidden. Just now I was reading the New Yorker and it referenced that same incident (Leo: "What time is the next swan boat?")
That kind of thing happens all the time to me and doesn't seem to mean anything, but what is it? A demonstration of how close, nay, overlapping, things are? Is it a kind of alpha-sorting issue in real life?

I believe Jung called that synchronicity ... the quality of a moment permeates the entire universe ... but I also believe we receive information telepathically, and then later it shows up in physical reality, but whatever it is, it happens to me too.
If we watch we notice lots of things that we are trained to discount and ignore in our western world because we have no name or explanation for them. But they go on all the time anyway, and everyone admits it but says "well it's just..." Makes my hair stand on end sometimes.
