I remember!
Up at 0400 in the early morning - prob as LL had no clue that we in Europe was a part of Second Life:-)))
Most LL things was in the midle of our nights at that time 2005-06.
It was laggy as h**** and we dident make the goal what i remember - of how many was expected?
But it was fun at that time 2005 anyway!

No, we didn't make the goal, which was, I think, 4000. It was definitely fun - everyone trying really hard and logging in their alts and setting events so people would have places to gather.
It wasn't very long ago; it amazes me that people can be so dismissive at times when the growth has been so rapid.
