Yes, there are remarkable projects in the robotics field at the moment but the transhuman type of enhancement seems to be slow in comming. I'm sorry I'll miss it as a lot of my trouble comes just from doing the equivalent of climbing a mountain every day - I don't have many energy units left to run my brain and therefore seem more stupid than I actually am (much to my chagrin, as the reality is quite bad enough).
