I was asking about this software, but found out it is a new Microsoft game to be released ... not sure when.

People definitely have to fight an uphill battle in SL to get a very detailed look, yet they do manage very well (won't mention the computing cost however). Although this type of thing for avatar/skin/hair/tattoo customisation would be great, I don't suppose we'll get it, which probably makes shape/skin/hair/tattoo sellers happy.
