I wanted to see what shapes people used for subdermal implants, but just glancing at Page One of the Google image search results made me feel sick.

The ones I saw on some weird but true TV show were horns on the forehead. The dude had them put in, then decided he did not like the reactions he got (YOU TEH DEBBIL, MAN!), so he had them removed.
