i miss it too. could we do it these days given conditions of SL?
 

I don't see anything different from when we ended performing - of course performing was 10X harder then than when we began. The really bad stuff that sideswiped me when it came up out of nowhere (the sim freezes) are no longer a surprise, though, and part has been fixed I think so possibly having an audience would be easier.

I remember once years ago going to see a play on 4 Italian regions. They were doing the old "audience on separate sims" deal and the play doings were all highly technogically processed. After about ten minutes the entire edifice crashed and we were blown to the four winds. It's not very happy for the performers when they do everything they can to mitigate the SL shortcomings and spend thousands of dollars only to crash mightily, both stage and audience.
 

We could perform on a traveling basis, just the drill team, no big sets and other acts; would that mean it would be less intensive for the sim(s)?
 

It's the audience, not us, really.

For me it was very important that we were subject to disaster; had it all been poseballed it would not've been interesting at all. However we do need a fighting chance!

I went to work on my duck worship circle and immediately got waylaid and wasn't able to do anything :/
