Very confusing ... the authorities always say regular people do not have any expectation of privacy in a public place, therefore, filming everyone all over the place is done with impunity. This would seem to fit into those guidelines, but the Powers That Be have declared it an UnFree Zone I guess. I hope they impeach the bugger.
