The terms are more intelligible as they do not require prior knowledge. It reminds me of when the MAC came out and instead of sitting in front of a blank screen with a C_ prompt, blinking and waiting for our commands (IF we had them memorized), there were (Gawd bless Steve n Steve!) MENUS! My life became blissful once I began working on a Macintosh, and then Microsoft said *doh* and made Windows. YAY!
