I would prefer to use products that have been tested, if they will be intimately connected with my frail human tissue. The only reason there are products that state "No Animal Testing" is that the ingredients were previously tested on animals to find out if they will be safe for us and our babies.

Some research still requires the use of laboratory animals (especially disease research), and I hope we will not outlaw that practice unless and until we have eradicated all our terrible diseases.


Thank goodness, the treatment of these former lab animals was clearly gentle, or they would not trust humans at all.
 

I would prefer all humans to be eradicated instead, as they are the most terrible disease on this planet. It's disgusting what we're doing to other living beings.
 

In my opinion, humanity is still in the childhood state, where they try and fail a lot, and experiment with all sorts of dangerous things, and cause harm to others out of ignorance.

A child can really hurt another child or animal because he/she does not grasp the concept that this is another being like him/herself. Once that idea takes hold, the human being has at least a chance of developing an internal set of ethics. Many human beings have not come to that realization.

Also, humanity's situation, dire as it is, will not kill the planet; however, it has the definite potential to eradicate all humans.
