unbelievable! there's a beekeeper in our area whose labels always say in tiny letters "some things can be done as well as others" so i always buy his honey. i also have a beekeeping friend who gives us honey, which gets a bit weird sometimes and sort of ferments. he does actually make mead in small quantities, which i could drink lots of!! it's delicious! thanks for the information!
