You are on the Roller Coaster! I have been there, when everything I try to do is blocked. I would scream and swear, but just so you know, that is not a winning strategy. I would try the telephone and a calm, friendly voice. (I try to take this advice myself, tho I am not always successful.)

I believe the website went down for the addition of the Wednesday specials. I haven't had a phone for a while (more than a week). I'm on the verge of asking them, 'Why am I paying for a landline if it no longer stays on through thick and thin as in the past?'
