When I was on the low-carbohydrate diet, I used a lot of coconut oil. There are several forms of it, one that can be used for high heat cooking, which has very little flavor, and the one they showed, which smells a bit like coconut. It is very nice in baked goods.
People have become so fearful of dietary fats that they ignore dietary sugars, in particular refined sugars, which speed up the processes of becoming Type II (adult onset) diabetes. Thanks for posting this video, Osprey! I will use coconut oil as one of my fats again!

raw virgin coconut oil is delicious, i use it as aftershave too.
i also use it as "am i sick?" detector. if i sniff coconut oil and like the smell i'm ok. if i sniff coconut oil and feel like puking, i'm about to get (or already am) sick
but still, wtf are you linking videos from a christian tv/wobsite? i clicked some of their other videos and jesus...
