Governments seem to be using the globe-y nature of the Internet as an excuse to overreach their boundaries. I think. Anyway, this sounds peculiar to me:
"Sports betting is illegal in Maryland, and federal law prohibits bookmakers from flouting that law simply because they are located outside the country," U.S. Atty. Rod J. Rosenstein said in a statement.
Doesn't being 'located outside the country' mean they aren't subject to your laws, dude?
