Why isn't that stuff at the Smithsonian? Hell, they've got Julia Child's Kitchen there...why can't they squeeze in Tesla's lab?
There is a Tesla Memorial Society, and maybe they are doing some of this work?

It's really mostly the buildings (designed by I think Stanford White) as Agfa was there for years. They are selling it for 1.6 mill with buildings intact or razed - buyer's choice. It's Long Island, so very desirable. The money needs to be raised quickly as this is the last chance. I feel it is more than mere bricks; saving the lab would indicate a much-needed focus on Tesla and his work and help that interest to grow.
