Good idea, but sounds so whacky! Also poorly named, as "screw" has so many unattractive usages -- do you have a screw loose? -- are you trying to screw over those old folks? -- screw you!
And i'd feel better about it if my loved one was at least sitting on a chair instead of standing for ... whatever.
